The Fourth State Mk I is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage extends to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, modifications outside firmware updates, and normal cosmetic wear.

If your unit is defective within the warranty period, email [email protected] with your serial number, order number, and a description of the fault. We'll repair or replace the unit at our option; if neither is practical, we'll issue a full refund. Shipping costs for warranty returns are covered by Fourth State Electronics within the continental United States; international customers are responsible for return shipping.
